As of the end of September 2020, Unit4, known among other things for the application Unit4 Mulitvers, has been acquired by the Delft-based company Exact. Exact is known for its accounting software that many SMEs and also some larger players in the market use.

Unit4 has a good number of users in SMEs throughout the Benelux. Logres has been a loyal partner in this since the beginning and has implemented Unit4 solutions in dozens of companies over the years.

Same customer base

Exact and Unit4 are a good fit because they both serve the same customer base with business software. Exact brings a lot of expertise and innovation, which you as a user of Unit4 Multivers will benefit from.

At this moment nothing changes for users of Unit4 Multivers. You can continue to use the package as you are used to and you will receive help and support from Logres as you are used to.

However, a name change will probably take place within a few months, after which the package will no longer bear the Unit4 name and may also undergo design changes. Naturally, Logres will keep its customers informed of new developments and innovations.

Previous acquisition

A few weeks ago, the package Unit4 Wholesale was also acquired by a new party: Kerridge Comercial Systems. Since then, this package has simply been called Wholesale.
