1. All implementation projects begin with an inventory of the steps to be taken and a corresponding schedule.

2. In the blueprint phase, we go into the content of all the processes and establish the principles for implementation. We do this together with your employees who are part of the working groups.
You need an experienced partner who will take you through this process step by step.
3. SAP Business One is installed on your own server (on-premise) or in the cloud and we start connecting departments one by one, importing data and setting up the software the way you want it.
Our SAP Business One consultants typically work with you for one or more days per month, after which you or your employees are given a clear set of "homework" for the period until the SAP consultant returns. In this way, progress is made (and secured) each week.
4. Thanks to our clear planning and our project reports, you know exactly where you stand and how long it will take before the new ERP system can be used. In addition, you have insight into our online project tool where you can see the progress of the project.
5. When everyone is satisfied with the set-up of the system, a go-live date is set in consultation with you; a date on which you switch to the new system. You may want to offer training on the new system to your staff. Logres can advise and assist you with this.
6. On the go live date, Logres staff will be with you to make the transition as smooth as possible. They are available for questions and potential problems are tackled immediately.
7. Even after commissioning the system, support desk colleagues remain available at all times for questions or problems.
8. An evaluation is scheduled a few weeks after implementation, where you sit down with us to discuss whether the system is working satisfactorily and what, if any, new steps can be taken
