Sales actions and contracts allows you to freely define logistical and administrative functions depending on contract type, take notes per contract and print per contract line on the quotation.
Sales Quotes
In sales quotations you have the ability to define discounts and scales for each customer, taking into account current prices. You can directly retrieve previously quoted products, copy quotations, offer items that are not yet included in your own range and register rejected quotations.
Sales Order
At the sales order you can take sales quotations and historical orders, create a link between purchase and sales, create an inventory control with time horizon, send the ATP (Available To Promise) overview, per day/week, taking into account all future purchases and sales, shipments, assembly orders, outsourced work orders and purchase sales returns.
Returns
In returns, you have the ability to perform sales returns, purchase returns, check historical delivery including quantities, prices, lots and serial numbers, diffuse return reason and automatically calculate cost and/or sales prices based on purchase prices and price adjustments.
POS link
With POS linking, you have support for various payment methods, you can connect the cash drawer and have control of the ATM.
