Electronic Output

With electronic output you have support for documents with a layout of your own, such as purchase order, purchase quotation request, sales quotation, order confirmation, packing slip, general shipping document, invoice, service invoice, collective invoice, statement of account and outsourcing work order. You can also define the format and layout of these documents and have output based on the recipient's requirement or situation. Choice of: print, fax, e-mail (e-mail + pdf attachment) and digital archiving in CRM according to flexible scenarios.

Electronic Output XML

With electronic output XML you can generate documents as XML files, conversion to XML follows the layout of the form, XML files can be moved via FTP to an external file location, and you can also send XML files by e-mail.

Query

With Query you can create management reports as desired, from simple overview to a complex query, results for the user who wants to quickly and easily compile an overview and create a predefined analysis through performance indicators.

Office

With Microsoft Office, you can create an optimal integration of Wholesale that makes all data available in the database. This gives you always up-to-date information, centralized management of data and Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) 32-bts technology.
