Are you a user of Unit4 Wholesale? Then it is important to inform you about the name change of this package as of August 2020. Unit4 Wholesale will be called Wholesale as of the end of August and will have a new design.

The reason for the name change is that Unit4 Wholesale has been acquired by Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) and is therefore no longer part of the Unit4 group as an erp package for wholesalers. Kerridge Commercial Systems is recognizable by its pink corporate identity.

For you as a customer, the acquisition means nothing more for now than that your ERP package will have an updated design from the next update.

In the long run, the acquisition is also good news for you as a customer: KCS is a strong global brand with more than 30,000 customers in Europe, North America, Africa and Australia. The company has more than 1,000 employees, including teams in two locations in the Netherlands.

The new owner of your ERP package promises the following in a welcome letter:

• KCS will continue to maintain, enhance and support Unit4 Wholesale BV's products.
• As the package becomes part of a stable, internationally successful company, Unit4 Wholesale will have the support and and resources needed to market products and services with even greater confidence.
• The sales, support and implementation of the package simply remains for you with the trusted experienced consultants of Logres Business Solutions, as an authorized partner of Kerridge Commercial Systems.

Some of our customers use the package Unit4 Multivers. This package is separate from Unit4 Wholesale (formerly Unit4 Multivers Wholesale) and remains owned by Unit4. If you use Unit4 Multivers, nothing will change for you.
