From your mailbox, incoming invoices are automatically loaded into Elvy, directly under the correct administration. Elvy recognizes the data, makes a booking proposal and after your approval, the invoice is booked directly into the financial software.
If approval for payment of the invoice is then still required, Elvy offers the invoice to the appropriate fiatteurs and blocks the booking for payment. Elvy can determine the fiatteur(s) based on the booking details or other criteria, but of course you can customize this yourself.
Billers easily review invoices online or through the Elvy App. Once approved, the entry is released for payment and can be paid from the financial software. This way, you always have visibility and work efficiently.
