1. You receive an (online) order from a customer
2. You process the order and offer it to the cheapest carrier. The system shows you which carrier that is.
3. You book the transport
4. You print out the necessary labels and papers.
5. You can track your shipment using Track & Tracing.
6. Upon delivery of your shipped goods, you will receive the POD message (proof of delivery) digitally
7. You can print standard reports for all shipments and deliveries.
8. Logistical data is available to your employees in the delivery file.
9. Your customers are automatically informed of the status of their shipment via email notification.
