For anyone working with Wholesale, it's important to know what changes with each new update. FixSPE-6-124 (Update 124) once again brings with it useful improvements and enhancements. We list the most important points for you, in understandable language:
- Managing down payments is now more flexible
From now on, you can specify in a sales order that a customer must make a down payment, even if this isn’t the default setting for that customer. Handy for exceptions! You can also easily process refunds via a bank account, and there are new reports to track down payments.
- Improved integration with CAS genesisWorld
There are three key improvements to the integration with genesisWorld:
-
- The Chamber of Commerce number is now automatically synchronized.
- You can set contacts to inactive (works both ways).
- A new feature helps you detect and clean up incorrect links.
- REST API Gets New Filters and Fields
The API for sales orders has been expanded. You can now filter more easily by the number of order confirmations, so you only display the correct orders on your online store, for example.
- Improved inventory visibility across accounting systems
Do you work with multiple accounting systems? Now you can see what’s in stock for each system and view inventory forecasts. Super handy for anyone who wants to plan smartly.
- Deactivating Contacts
You can now easily deactivatea contactwithin an organization. This prevents someone from being accidentally linked to new orders.
- Smarter handling of inventory and deliveries
-
- You can more easily select specific warehouse stocks in an order.
- Assembly orders now better verify that the needed parts are actually available.
- Also new: visual signaling for expiring products or split deliveries.
- Small but nice improvements
-
- You can open multiple queries at once in the query designer.
- Clean up attachments? Your settings are now remembered.
- Live tiles you can now export and import.
- Memory now uses smart caching to make printing with List & Label faster.
