SAP Business One: fast and efficient booking of purchase invoices
Logres, together with Elvy, is hosting a webinar on the possibilities of digital invoice processing with Elvy and SAP Business One. The webinar is intended for SAP Business One customers who want to get rid of manual entry of their purchase invoices.
What is Elvy?
All invoices are encoded using Elvy Document Scanning. At the touch of a button, the booking is created in SAP Business One and immediately blocked for payment. At the same time, the invoice behind the booking is archived and presented to the appropriate employee for approval.
Employees can then review and approve the invoice. If they have any questions for another employee, they can ask them as well. Need to make a change or add a note first? That’s no problem at all with Elvy’s incoming invoice register.
With the built-in email notification, all employees can see at any time which invoices they still need to process.
